nope, uw drops all restrictions for the owner. u might get retals still if you save them from before the uw but not 100% sure

du you get counter as UW owner? Cn cou attack everybody afer your uw fails?

I miss my collective empire before this one.. 200k+ land 200+ research making bout 7 mil food per turn I believe it was, mybe more

With you cranking out about 4 bil per hour, how high can it get?!?

I did plunder collective once...it was fun, but maru is better. I would guess agri (on an active server without Apollo) would be the way to go, but I hate relying on the market.

also to be a tax col food has to be reaaallllyyy cheap, it never stays cheap for long

Agri or plunder has lower base pr, which usually means better chance of free borders...

no there is no list to see who have counters on you, however, you can go into battles logs and look at all the people to attack.... they have counters on you

if you have paid status it is on the ranking menu drop down
