i can use colony cluster more than once right/ it wont dissapear after i use it like i-tech library in UC?

A colony cluster project allows you to group 5 smaller colonies into one larger 1.
ie. 5 planets into a c.1 (not u.class or dead or infercted/assimilated)
or 5 c1`s into a c2.
This project can be used any number of times and is very useful for getting extra colony slots in your manage colonies page.

Colony Clusters are more like a technology that you can apply to any group of five planets/clusters, rather than a project requiring investment
that is correct
