So i saw some threads with people giving Gordo`s for a paid.
Is this "legal" since apparently there are hidden rules not given in the the House Rules that are being applied without no one knowing them.

And how many gordo`s are given for a paid?

Anything that promotes money to stephen is leagle.(or overlooked lol) as far as how they work..they increase the land size of your or whomever they are used on topmost colony. I don`t know if anyone buys/trades for them anymore so I don`t know the rates. Used to be 25-30 for each month paid. Don`t have clue what it would be nowadays.
