I always considered myself a GC/ REAL TIME GURU; however, recently i have found the joy in playing turn based

With work and RL sometimes playing real time becomes a nuisance; however, turn base is just as fun and even more challenging because every single turns counts for something.

I would encourage you real time old timers who don`t have the ten hours a day of play time needed to be a top ranked player to give turn based servers a try you might find like me you like them.

I play Fast and Ultra as well as RT. Played Normal and Slow for about a year, but gave up on it during a two or three month period where I was fairly inactive due to RL. During that time I went to 1 planet on Ultra, and VMed on Fast and RT...Normal and Slow did not survive the experience...

infernal...i think i fall into the `forgot to log in one week and lost everything on slow` kind of RT people.

Such a shame :(

i dont think many rt players can survive playing slow.

mainly cos they`d probably forget to log in or give up waiting for turns :)

Slow server is where the turns really count. Different game dynamic there. Come try it out. We would enjoy more targets.

yeah everyone on RT should try playing TB as well. Its a whole different game dynamic when turns are suddenly your limiting factor and you need to make the most of them.

i played rt for my first 6 months or so before trying tb, ultra is my favorite server now

Indeed, RT players should try it. At least it gives you more research buttons to click while you`re waiting for turns to regen. xD

I only have 9hrs a day.. thus i play all tb servers..

Oh and offtopic.. thomas gold was the guest dj in zouk earlier.. and his music does make things more refreshing and energetic..
