while its says price should be between 1 and 2 gc..

It was me and it was an accident, for the reasons BowlingForSoup gave
When there is absolutely nothing posted in certain category, i.e, `empty`, you can use 0 as a price. Some kind strangers occasionally do it with CGs/minerals, accidentally or otherwise.
