I calculated my Pr according to the Guide under Strategy in the forum. The result is 4979, but my Pr ingame still shows 5609 and even reducing pop does not change it. I have no fleet.
How is it actually calculated?

Planet power rating
(pop / 10) + housing + commercial + mining + agriculture + industry + ( planet x 1000 )
Player power rating
(total planet power rating) + (total ship power rating)
and when you reduce your pop, you don`t always see changes in your pr, sometimes you have to build a ship or log out then back in to refresh the pr
