Though I do agree with Aba, I only play terran and guard, and have no first hand experience with the other races. And its not like Im a master of building fleets that will surprise an attacker. I tend to use my turns most efficiently, guess that comes from starting out as a TB player, and spams are just most efficient when there are constantly 10 CC guys above me.

Hence the words "one of if not" in that statement..I agree that comparing a monster guard to a monster miner ect is like comparing the best center to the best point guard in basketball its hard to do cause they are so much different fundamentally. And I was not comparing potental,all thoze guys were great when they was active, out of active players in last few years sibi is imo hands down top.

Considering most of MB didn`t even log in during the UW it comes really as no suprise that the UW failed. And lets be honest, we had no dilusions that it would succeed. The chances of it going off when ignited at only 650 mill PR where roughly zero unless some really crazy hits fed him a few hundred mill worth of ships (not likely).

As for Sibi being the best player we have seen in GC...no. Loof and DM, Deli too all are much better or where much better players. Being a guard and careful spamming people down isn`t too impressive. What is impressive is that he does it day in day out. Sibi is a great player yes, but not the best, there are many other VERY skilled players that can play all races to a very high standard and do so still, mastering only 1 race and not the others means your not the best on the server.

its kind of hard to defend a uw when so many members need to maintain borders, when 2 full wipes couls render them borderless

Ya if sibi is opposing you are doomed..don`t care what anyone says he is one of if not the best player to EVER play this game. I have watched him mop the floor with the players that everyone else conciders the best for years now. Takes All of CC/my bizz to even half way contain him. That was horrible display of how good of a fed my bizz is supposed to be. They look good on paper but horrible at teamwork obviously. I am sure they gpt hundred exuses on why they did not show up as far as supporting their UWing empire but that`s nothing new. Mabey next time you guys can beg DM to teach ya guys a game plan before next attempt lol
