RT Uw Mompy

Meh, drama does not always make guides intelligent or not-smart ... Though, this isnt really helping the point and focus of what this UW was, was something that was planned and failed because this or that. From the looks it was clearly a one sided war against Mompy`s weapon, given the numbers, if the numbers were more even (by that I mean each side had same amount of people), I think that UW would have had a much better run for its mompy, erm money :P.

Anyhow, the other thing that bugs me was people calling out what fed they do it in, get over yourselves about that. I mean hell I am M|K yet did my UW in CC on RT. I am sure Mompy could care less where he did it as long as he had fun. Each side has drama queens about being in a fed for a reason. Sheesh.

"misunderstandings" is a common thing and one of the ingredients to spice up the game.. just don`t let it get into your nerves. ^_^

I may have been on crack.. but seriously its insulting not knowing whom im speaking to.. I can see who the admins are without me logging into rt.. but to know whom im speaking to just by intel-ling them makes it feels i need to look ya up in the phone directory to know who ya are..

I like how people thought that this was a serious UW attempt.

and Crack we`ve changed names once, just now actually, i did it because i was bored of the name, and i figured i`d take on the title the server has placed on us.

and that`s the reasoning behind it

i agree with most points that Pete made, there are alot of definitions of what "Best" means I also agree that sibir fits. though i have to disagree about us being CC, though continue to call us what you want.

and Sadi i would really like to see examples of how we`re the most self centered "me first" fed.

I don`t deny that this UW was a resounding failure, i also accept partial blame for this being the fed leader. there was bad timing involved and alot of other factors not worth explaining as no one cares they only care about the out come.

but it is nice to see how many people are completely bias against anything having to do with my fed. and how they`re willing to cut their own friends throat in the process to prove this point.

I don`t mind being hated. in fact i prefer being hated. i`d rather be hated than just whine and complain about the fed sitting at the top of the ranks while everyone else else whines and complains while they wait for their white knight (sibir) to come erode our stacks and cash reserves until the rest of you feel good enough about your selves that you decide to come help him out.

It`s one thing to not like us and to side with the rest of the server to oppose the 21 empires in one fed, thats fine it`s the game. but it`s another thing to get pissy and start ranting off accusations for what ever reason you see fit. If thats what it takes to make yourselves feel better about one another then fine.

I`m glad you guys are so proud of Sibir, you should be riding on his coat tails nearly ever day. i just wonder what will happen if for some reason Sibir would fall out of favor with you guys, would you throw him under the bus as well.

I wonder why they changed their names so much.. The few honest us havent tried changing names.. its very insulting for the few of us..

Bad starting time, Low Starting pr, Bad Starting fleet, and of course little to no coordination with the fed before starting or planning a proper start date..

Your claim there is so very BIASED and utterly [Censored].. and insulting to us as a whole.. While yes i`m sure there are some who would take up that kind of attitude to speak as if that`s what MB is as a whole is just so very very insulting to me.. attitudes like yours often make me just think about leaving GC as a whole there`s no real point to [Censored] attitudes as such..

Sadi you are right about the oddness in picking CC for his UW. Before i would probably not have opposed a mompy UW.. Now I will fight fiercly to avoid him from doing it.

About the Brotherhood EvilAda discussion who is best (this goes only for RT as TB is a completely different game.)

I believe it all comes down to what you criterias for being a good player. Some think the players who has done a lot of UW by defition is best, despite most UWs being mostly about having a good alliance. Others think its about making "beautiful attacks" with stacked fleets (probably what you think EvilAda). And then again som believe its about being as dominant and turnefficient as possible (Probably what you`ve seen brotherhood).

I am a turnbased player, and I believe in being dominant at the right times. Which again means you have to master the art of bring turnefficient. This might sound simple, but very few are capable of it. In my mind there are no player as dominant as Sibi at RT.

Sadistic{}Interns If only you knew what you`re talking about...it would make more sense. But too bad eeh..?

btw, my 2c ---- Sib is one deadly Guard, Arch too.. and.... well anyone else when you STAND ALONE ...

hmm just drop it guys... the uw was fun all the way... i just wished it lasted for some more hours.. i knew it wasnt goin to go... i dont have enuf friends for that here :)

yeah Sibi, I like fighting you, since I know you`ll come up to play when I`m at high prs. I hate disbanding fleets, so fighting with you is a good way to drop back down the ranks :P I just dread logging in and seeing you already past me in pr, like this morning.

Sib is a tenacious player, he`s the race that can use 1k turns to destroy what it took you at least 6k to build. but part of his success is that while he is most active nearly all of MB is asleep or should be so it`s either sacrifice sleep to watch him or let him do as he wants. but hey it takes great enemies to make oneself great.

Also on RT any UW attempt is doomed to fail when the only allies you have are in your fed. I was there fighting for mompys UW for a while but i had to sleep, i can`t say where everyone else was. but as far as i know it was only Aba and myself defending the UW against the rest of the server, and i know i`m pro and all but those are tough odds especially when i`m unexplorable.
