terran can do anything, food, tax, cgs, commerc, i bet they can probably do mineral terran if they have like 7-8 c3s (which still lets you have 7-8 borders)
their ships may feel underpowered sometimes, but they are also the most balenced, or at least its near impossible for anyone to make a case that theyre overpowered.... so you wont ever have to worry about a nerf. so feel free to capital spam or stack till your heart is content
