All of these people out of DP actually shows that the server IS in fact dead:
No one attacks anyone else. I can sit for weeks anywhere from 3-10m and not be hit. Because of this I make it a point to hit someone at least once every day, And I still haven`t been hit in 16 days. People don`t even bother to counter me.

Mmmmm... I`d say it`s dead enough. I haven`t logged in for over a week and nobody has hit me. Think I`ll just let that empire simmer to death anyways lol
