what if a successful uw force logged everyone on the server out for 12 hours and the winner gets 2700 turns when he/she logs on?*half amount of turns for 12 hours as free account*. i mean they should be sleepy after fending off the server unless the server is lazy. in which case they should be punished anyway for not resisting. appropriate punishment?? 12 hours of spacecrack withdrawals. this way the winner can sleep and dream about how they wanna use their 2700 turns instead of forcing another span of hours eager to set up their new empire.
would also give the server some time to recuperate/rest. kill the lag monster ya know.
surely there are more pros, but the only con i can think of would be "spacecrack crazed lunatic assaults bus full of senior citizens. But only after running out of turns on all other servers*. moral of the story...those old people were annoying the hell outa me yesterday.
