now remember that you have to be fast at scrolling and hitting , alot of people want to hit you or your target

A paid acount will give you a filter for faster browsing your retals and those out of dp

Viper is correct but here this might help
Under Military Go to Attack, Then go to `Target To Attack`
Then Type the name of Empire to attack or Browse find their user ID by looking at their details and then fill in details and click confirm

Go to attack, then next to Search for target, click on Browse, choose a target that is within your range and attack.
