umm well my computer just crashed and im at my grandma`s but my name on this game is battlestar12 but im using backfire cause i forgot my password and my email adresses password cause it was saved on to my computer and i was wondering if you guys could transfer my paid account to this one cause i cant get on my account over there and i would need guardian III to have there leader (me battlestar12) transferd to this one since i cant get on that one

your current name jordan howard has no other empires , your current email has no other empires , your current computer details such as IP link to no other account , you forgot your real name when you made your old account , you forgot your real email when you made your old account , and you forgot its password , you have no proof of identification so even GA cant help you for it would be fraud and illigal to do so without us being able to prove you are who you are , and so far it does look like you have lied to gamestotal with your signup details or such causing this mess yourself.

what sol says is indeed true , but please do feel free to give us more information on the matter for us to help you.

there are a few things im going to say then ignore this post forever.

1. how can you forget your email address AND password?

2. only GameAdmin can transfer a paid and it must be requested by the paid owner from the account with the paid on.

3. I highly doubt that you are infact battlestar as nothing between the two accounts matches, if infact you ARE battlestar12 then you have just openly admited to having RT multi-accounts. Having multis means both empires can be suspended for a LONG time.

If you are not battlestar12 then what you have just attempted is fraud and fraud is blacklistable meaning you can NEVER PLAY AGAIN!

I hope this has been a simple but effective lesson for you.
