And after a week worths of voting the GC community has listed the following empires/feds worthy of mention.

1)MVP (Most Valuable Player) = Badwolf

2)Staff member of the year = Shatterd Dreams

3) Rookie of year = Digital Assassin

4) best UW of the year = Broken Radar Chain

5) Fed of the Year = Broken Radar (ultra)

6)Fed War of the Year = Broken Radar vs Ultra

7) Most Annoying Empire = keltikelti

8) Slaver of the Year = Forty-three

9) Bug of the year = Raw Material Bug

10) Best GC memory 2011 =Answers will vary. happy New Year Everyone

6) Broken Radar vs. (ChRoNiC CoNqUeSt, Crash Test Dummies, Tabby Cats II, ┼ëmpë§┼)
7) Achilleus & Labratmaze (RIP) ... not so much annoying as great opponents. Both are very formidable
8) DrunkenMasters (had almost the entire opposition enslaved on Ultra until labratmaze took him down)... also grantweep on Normal had entire opposition enslaved

Well for me the most annoying empire by a mile is Achilleus on ultra :P But I bet I am the same on ultra for him.
