re-activate acc = new acc with old id ?
i just re-activate my old acc but everything gone. infra,planet,research, all
as clean as new one lol

Yeh... Log back in.. .You should still have your infra.
i found that issue out earlier this year, no matter your race will will have the "dead empire" page. i guess if you log out then on you will get all your stuff back that you had lost :S but planets im assuming lol. ofc i lost my fast taxer with over 100 infra and 400bil+ creds but kept my 12 day col with like 12 infra on ultra Lol..just my luck eh :P
I reactivated my fast empire a couple of years ago,a nd it still had its research.

The few times I`ve reactivated my account on RT, I`ve always logged onto a dead empire page. Regardless if I left the game in NP, or was a non-killable race.
Infra research should still be there...
