As winter hits, I`m reminded of what my ol` granpappy told me ... Never catch snowflakes with your tongue until you`re certain all the birds have gone south for the winter.

Well Crack, I can tell you that a sure fire way to liven up the conversation at a holiday gathering is to lean over to the cook, and in a very loud whisper say "See, I told you not to worry that the "eat by" date on the turkey was four months ago. No one`s sick yet ! "
