Archived thread. It was closed and moved to the archive, which is where the board has
always kept closed threads. Nothing has been lost — every post is below.
That depends on what you have researched already. Viator II`s research menu item is called "Advanced Scout". It requires "Advanced Radar", which requires "Crystal Lenses". So, from the beginning, the tech path is Crystal Lenses --> Advanced Radar --> Advanced Scout, and then you can build Viator II`s
