Archived thread. It was closed and moved to the archive, which is where the board has

Ore is found on the planets you explore (and sometimes the ones you capture). Te get the ore off the planet and usable for you, build mining infrastructure on that planet, like Exule said.
You can also buy ore on the market, but it is usually really expensive.

Ore generates on its own as you use turns as long as you have mining buildings on a colony and there`s ore left to extract. The more mining structures, the faster you will extract the ore.
