Om3gaBlack, how come im getting them when i got 0 in agriculture then =/
Raw Material is a by-product of agriculture, it`s something you get as well as food.. just assign planet land to agriculture and you`ll get it automatically when using turns.
i could be wrong, but im pretty sure u should do some research under industry infra. get it up to like 5 and then just research other stuff and u will slowly make them, but it would be faster just to buy off the market, if u need some pm me and ill post at 0 for u.
