Max scanner power for your fleet possible is 2,309,999,769

and at that

you can explore at a rate of 1 planet per turn up til 73 planets
then the pattern goes
2 turns at 73 planets
3 turns at 77 planets
4 turns at 79 planets
5 turns at 81 planets
6 turns at 82 planets
7 turns at 83 planets
9 turns at 84 planets

exploring at 100 planets with max scanners will take 150 turns
and at a 109 planets is around 770turns ...110 planets is 925 turns after that you go above and beyond that is ridiculous

so those wishing to explore at c3 on their own account Good luck, i`ll let other people calculate how much upkeep and turns it would take to build scouts of each race to get you to that kind of scanning power
