Current BR Changes Charts

So After looking over all the feed back on StaffBot, we`ve decided to do some changes here or there in BR upkeep, All the BR changes will be kept the same for now with the exceptions of the ships listed below.

H.Corsair`s Build rate will be increase to 350 Ships pr turn making it build at 38,500 a turn
R.Schooner Build rate will be increase to 20 Ships pr turn making it build at 40,720 a turn
H.Barkentine Build rate will be increase to 15 Ships pr turn making it build at 48,690 a turn

G.Agate`s Build Rate will be increased to 5 a turn making it build at 65,340 a turn

D.Thresher`s Build Rate will be increased to 5 a turn making it build at 59,780 a turn

P.Odin Build Rate will be increased to 120 a turn making it build at 24,120 a turn
T.Empereur Build Rate will be increased to 10 a turn making it build at 58,810 a turn

Further changes

Hercs BR will be reduced to 92% of what it is now.

Quartz PR will be increased by 25% but it`s br will be dropped back to 2

Lictor has been redesigned some what, Mostly because it was an overpowered Fodder with a less than accurate sling shot. (personal opinion) hopefully this Design will fill in some Holes in Miner Shiplist, making it serve more of a purpose and making it a bit easier to kill for some ships.
