Is there a guide that will give some guidance on stacking as an A. Miner - because I am having the most horrific time of trying to figure it out.

Urbana, try joining a fed and asking for some help. Most of the active federations have players that will give you tips and help. Stacking is more an art form than a science, with some luck thrown in. Defensive stacks and offensive stacks are quite different too.

There isnt a game-guide as such, but just experiment with all the ships (defensively at first) and see what works where and so on.
try using ships like m.chlor, epidote, chlorite and try to mix in some neutrals like f.sword and axe. Basically just experiment and grow in knowledge is the way to kick butt at fighting on GC.
