Yeah, it`s hard to RE anything if you can`t get the ships from anyone.
As a coll, I`ve had quite a few of the ships you want to RE just by smashing BR fed members around. You got this.

And beating guards is no problem.
Beating guards with borr and chronus is.
But I make too much per turn to switch empires. haha I was simply lamenting the long road to 9 new ships.

point is, throwing in the towel cause of all the guards is silly, it just means you havent figured out the ????? step, and will miss out on the profit
