What is the Planet PR formula?

(pop / 10) + housing + commercial + mining + agriculture + industry + ( planet x 1000 )

I can`t remember off the top of my head, but I know that each planet counts as 1k pr automatically, then I think there`s 1 pr for every 1 land. Also, population can increase pr.
