it would help stop it from bing free xfers itll atleast make em pay a portion of it ;P

i dont understand what you mean, you can post at any value between 0 and the max, why would you want to increase the minimum? the only upside is that it becomes harder for empires to give other empires comodities/credits
if we were going to code something, id like anfit to try to make a "mass market post" like post 10x 100k minerals @ 1000 with one click, THATD be useful :)
