Unsure how many colonies are left, but i think it was 5. All have 1.6k loyalty for those that care.

Now at least a newer empire or least a low PR empire gets probably a C2 and a C1 that will be nice..hopefully lot nicer that the C3 =)

heh if you had been hunting players you wouldnt be up there, a guard could have picked you down in no time. I saw you sit there and figured you were far out of range for the NPC so decided to build for it.

I hoped to get something with full loyalty, but no.

I only climbed to get some nice barrens... BW wasn`t online and there is no current fed war. Fed war I could have 2xd this guy. Pretty much sucks. I knew I should have been hunting players not npcs lol...
