Industry is Aspha Miners.
Terrans can do 2 things, either agriculture or commercial, It mainly depends on what your research is, if it is commercial, then commercial use of land is more efficient than food and vice versa.
Money can be used to build enormous fleets, but minerals and stockpile or just become the richest person in the game.
