New Event Time!

With every collection of empires, there are some that rise to the top, some that sink to the bottom and some that hang in limbo somewhere in between.

Six Empires have surged to the top, one of each race. They have grown in power unobserved and unknown and now finally show themselves. Who do you support, who do you rip down from power?

That decision is up to you.

Currently this is being tested on RT only, this is due to us wanting to get the feel for the event. Once it`s finished, we will see how it worked and then put it up on the TB servers. This is to limit or reduce the lasting effects if we get it wrong. Yes ultra got decimated, this is also a reason to hold off on TB servers for now.

Your missions:

Support the race NPC of your choice by bringing down the other 4 NPC`s first. Last man standing style...who knows whats hidden inside the empires? high land? or low land?

Who knows what bounties teh surviving NPC may grant the server (yes, server wide buff..what it is however...wait and see! I will say however it`s race specific. Read into that what you will, we are not expanding on it nor explaining.)

To be a bit more specific, you want your race npc to last the longest.

admin is trying to do an event, and i appreciate their effort. I only wanted to participate and another player is trying to prevent me. I wasted 5h hours of my life sitting in front of a computer building ships.

Everyone is entitled to the right request there name removed from non-UW fleets inside the forum. Pm`s and Fed Board discussion is more the place for them.

As for you getting hit such is life in GC, I can`t just dictate everyone is only to fight NPC`s when event`s are put up part of GC is room for free will.

so we`re expected to climb all the way up to 300M in order to make a hit?

That`s like saying only a select few can enter in this event, since most of us don`t have the funds/time to build that high.
I mean, getting a fleet at 300M is something that costs boatloads of cash and turns, and I doubt most of us are in a position to spend them. Not to mention that most of the upper ranks are pretty hostile

1) there`s no time limit

2) the goal is for the npc`s to get killed until only 1 remains which means they can/will hit low pr where all can hit

3) attitudes like that annoy me

i think the NPCs each have to make a statement.. what their intentions are etc...
what kind of love (or STDs) they`ll spread around if they`re the last man standing :)

it`s still pretty high to climb :s
not much players can`t afford it :p

Hmm... Well... removing attack restrictions as far as i know is impossible.. however all except the viral currently can be hit from -299 under so that does mean you guys are able to attack from well under (tho very high up still.)

If it proves to be a problem i can of course tweak them.

Sorry for jetting so quick last night Aba. was tired and noticed the time was after 3am else i`d have stayed up and continued with you lol
