I wouldn`t be surprised if everyone just vmed lmao would be fitting seeing how this game went from being democratic to a dictatorship where the needs of the players no longer effect the judgements and rulings of what takes place here.

This game has NEVER been a democracy. Staff have always made the decisions without care to what the regular biased/ignorant player wants. You signed away your `rights` when your made your account. Just because rule enforcement is a new concept to you does not mean it will kill the game.

whats good for you is good for me or should be, that is unbiased. if 2 set of people do the same thing then the outcome should be the same for both. if it isnt then it is biased.

If you have evidence that someone is cheating, by all means report it and I assure you everyone will be treated identically based on the evidence. If you have a complaint about the way rules are enforced, take it to the proper area in the hc. Neither of those discussions belongs on the regular forum. You will not be asked again.

I once played with four accounts at the same time and they all got banned. They let me continue to play a different account from scratch but my three alter egos decided their hard work for three years was not worth trying to fight for again. I dont blame them. Rip demandred, asmodean, and modistmouse. Asmodean is a father irl now btw. The others are fine and healthy too.

Point being; sometimes you get x`d for no dang reason. Hope rl treats you better kevin.

Ya`ll know where I stand on the issue. Kev was a great guy to have around will miss him a ton. Obviously I wish he would reconsider leaving or even the admins maybe reconsidering a 3 planet controversy... Will say that I had fun and understand why you are leaving and support you fully! Shouldn`t Raziel be "dealt with strictly" for continuing to talk about the cheating? :P Just sayin`...praising the staff is nice and all but he broke the rules :P

I don`t understand this , or the comments in this thread so far. He was punished, he cheats after the punishment by not restarting as he should have, by not following the market rules and posting within the limits. And yet people still say in this forum he doesn`t cheat? The evidence that he obviously did cheat at some point is right there.

About biased staff... Let me get this straight. Because an individual doesn`t agree with you, in any form, they are biased? If that`s the case then by all means yes, Staff is bias. And of course YOU are biased. Which means this is a vicious cycle, everyone biased against things they don`t believe in / like / ect.

Another point, when talking about a specific fed members [CC] being given chances / bonuses due to Staff being in the fed. Deamon666 was restarted within hours after finding out about a PT. There was no huge fuss on the forums. He broke the rules and he paid for it instantly, and went on about his day after accepting the punishment LIKE AN ADULT.

All of you clamoring around saying ` I refuse to get a paid for this game because I don`t believe the staff are helping / ect ` I have a question for you. Since when , in the entire history of this game, has Staff `ever` handed out internal affairs? Never. In fact this entire thread is against game rules, for it`s talking about private issue [ about him getting punished ] on the public forums.

In closing, it seems that changes should be put forth, but in a mannerly fashion. They should be thought out, well organized, and time put into making the ideas that you feel should be looked at by Staff. Realize however that Staff cannot hand you every bit of information you request , simply due to possibly letting out sensitive material. By all means, a group of you who work together should start up your own thread, ask a guide / admin to moderate the forum so it is only posts suggesting changes.

I remember 4 separate occasions where you had someone pt you borders. i know there were more than that. one would think you`d have grown wise enough to quit doing things like that.

Ah founders, you see, I have reported both friends and enemies. Though, I come from a much lucky lifestyle. Though, I guess you have a point of a communication issue that needs to be addressed. Which I can agree. However, with alot of staff not performing their job there is a at this time a backlog of issues. Now, before you say this issue was quick. Ill shed a glimmer of light on this report. It was reported 5 days before the freezing was acted. How would I know this, well by not breaking any rules there is another way, but alas I`ll let those surmise. (if you do not get it, pm me and Ill explain it)

Honestly though, if anyone wants to blantantly connect me to CC as being and always CC, maybe right now, however I have been in many other feds, just like anyone else over time. Myself started in Thunderdogs and then went to M|K, GG`s old fed whose name i have forgotten with Karo, then relocated to KoA for a few, and finally on and off with CC. I mean this game community is where we have been a player of what we believe and where we evolve is what we play as, either as CC, M|K, Shadow Strikers, etc. I mean some of us are nearing 8 years in this game, I would think we have gone around the world a few times on friends/enemies/alliances/blacklists, etc

There sure wasn`t a "crabstorm" like this when I was suspended and restarted for cheating.

Both GG and Opus have a history of cheating. Why is this so surprising to everyone? People say the staff is one sided. But I think its pretty clear all the players are one sided lol...
