Hey there guys...as you all well know, GG and i got suspended for apparently pting for 3 planets a week ago. Yesterday I finally got a reply from the staff and i was questioned like at a Gestapo hearing. I could not bring exact proof of logs and times of the happening cause there are none (but i couldnt have anyways since i was suspended and couldnt access my account). All i know is that it was not an arranged battle. Ever since i ve gotten these clusters i have been under stress to keep a look out for borders that even my friends became targets which caused this incident to pop out.

Anyways, i will be leaving this game for good now, especially RT that is. I dont find it right that after these years of playing, an account which took quite some fight in getting back after my previous dep. from GC a year ago and a market incident some months ago, gets canceled with the lack of proof to do so. There is no right evidence for any Admin to bring this account to an end but i can see from the answers GG got and mine that the person who questioned us had his mind made up way before he even started questioning us. I have the entire discussion saved and i am willing to share with anyone who wants to know more truth about this so you know the corrupt nature of some of your beloved staff and admins. Contacting Ste will be unnecessary i guess at this point so i wont be struggling for a new empire anymore.

The person i reported is not in CC or there allies, when i said " people on one side do whatever want " it was heat of the moment and not quite true. What i meant was if i report someone it seems as though nothing is done about it and they are believed to be innocent, i get no responce to say the report was recieved or acted upon and checked. Now if a friend or llie or fedmate does the same thing or something similar they are deemed guilty of doing something wrong even with no proof or any actual rule broken.

Wow here pretty soon wont be anyone left....this ridiculouse....and just for record i was froze till i could prove my innocence...so i guess it does depend..(and btw i was and still am in CC)

I expected to get suspended for what I said but I can no longer play this game and enjoy myself. I`ve requested a refund of the balance of my paid status and when my suspension is lifted im plundering down and will be giving away my c3. I was on my way to being the first guard on rt to finish missions 2x with different accounts but keeping the same name but that no longer interests me either now.

Im quiting due to recent events and current judgements, if their gonna get opvs to leave im out to.....
No fancy stuff to say so im out.

It would depend on the situation Founders, I mean when I did other reports back in 06`-08` they were not suspended for weeks later. Sometimes some were quicker than others. I mean heck I have one report up right now still pending and they are investigating last I heard and not frozen. So, as I would depends on the situation.

@jiggly the pm from admins to opus clearly stated he was suspended as someone had reported him for cheating and they suspended his account while they investigated.

well if they did that to him then all people who are reported of cheating should be suspended while investigated. i know for a fact that the person i reported for cheating did not get suspended while they were investigated thus this is unfair. do you not agree?

Guys i was kinda stunned a few days ago when i saw both Opus and GG suspended of some sort. Indeed i heared a lot of rumors about cheating and other stuff like what founders said but i don`t internalize them or get affected by it because i don`t have any proof.

I would like to give my insights to this because Opus is a friend of mine. I was kinda shocked to see in my battle logs that he hit me. and read a pm that he was in need of borders and took the liberty of hitting me hoping I wouldn`t feel bad about it. I simply replied that its ok for him to hit me but never did we have any battle arrangements. somehow i couldn`t believe that they are cheating. there was even one time when i saw jammer at base simply moved up to hit him then i get a pm from Opus asking me why the heck did i hit jammer when im explorable and he was about to hit him too disbaning a lot of queens.. :) wheew well whatever..
I sure do hope people would give considerations and its not a good thing to see good players leave. bottom line is this game was made for us to enjoy and its best to help one another to attain that goal.

I really hate to see you leave the game mate. I sure do hope still you`d return sometime n the near future. your a good friend, a great fighter and ally. Others may see you as a thrash talking empire sometime (just like the first time i knew you way back a long long time ago.. hehehe ) but i sure do attest your a good guy. I wish you all the best in RL

Personally, I didn`t think GG or Opus would do what they did, but what just was weird was why they did the hit, considering alot of other times when both were out they would not touch each other in any way. It is one thing if they were to continually attack, it is another if they weren`t. Just food for thought.

As for anyone who thinks Staff is a joke. You know, considering how much you guys complain about everything you are just verifying you yourselves drag this game down, not the staff. I have read this post about maybe 10 times now and have yet to see nothing but defaming criticism of staff like they can`t tell from wrong from right. The Judgement of this issue was done. I could care less about CC or whatever, it is not one sided unless you mean abiding by the rules and regulations, which they uphold.

So far, I have seen oh I have reported this or that. They don`t nee to update you unless it involves you about a cheating report. You would see the results if found guilty. But whatever, apparently everyone has this one sided view rather than just respecting staff as it clearly be done.

ghostofj you and some of the other staff are a joke, yes bw and others work hard on some areas of the game but on cheating your a bunch of "ryhmes with Bankers".

i posted a report on cheating days ago and have not a single reply nor has anything been done to the 2 empires regarding said cheating, several people reported the accord fertile thing and same nothing was done. yet some1 claims opus and gg PT`ed and straight away they are suspended as guilty until not proven guilty with no possibility of being proven innocent. when accord was reported did she get suspended? when MD was reported did he get suspended?

this game is becoming 1 sided with all staff on 1 side and any1 on that side able to do whatever they want and every1 else not able to do anything and being punished just for being suspected of doing wrong.

Opus sorry to see you leave RT especialy in such a manner.

Oh and well done " BANKERS " thanks for showing how fair and impartial you are and how responsive you are to reports of cheating at least from certain people anyway.

I`ve been on the job just over one full day now and i`ve already handled quite a fair bit. You`ll have to excuse me if delving into time consuming investigations is not my top priority at this moment. With that said EVERY report is investigated. Whether you receive a response is irrelevant to that fact. As i`ve said several times now, your petty server faction squabbles mean nothing to me because gasp I`m not part of them. First last and only warning to you, if you have a complaint/problem/issue, take it to the hc.

All I`ll ask is how did he post his gifts on the market with a suspended account? *raises eyebrow* Well, I`ll ask that, and how to change my font colour to something other than this ugly staff colour. I mean come on, can we get a nicer colour than this for default? (please pm me the answer to this someone, since I`ve been told several times and I obviously have a memory made of water and need it written down somewhere)

its ending my paids , and will not renew them.

as you didn`t take down the enemies in the fiield , took them by tricky ways . . .

can`t expect respect when you give others none.

Pity, personally I don`t believe that VVV would cheat or more importantly that GG would agree to cheat. Both great players and close friends so you might be expecting a rant here Sorry, not from me. =)

VVV - many years playing together bud. This game will be the poorer for you leaving. Not much in SF these days as it is except old crocs like us and the other sneaky swine .. Hehe..

Kev Ive known u since day 1 m8 lol i remember teaching u and u turned out better then i could have ever imagined...you have been an awesome player and friend to me and im really sad to see you go

when was the last "CC person" to get suspended? O but u guys follow all the rules and don`t cheat right? or is it that you don`t get caught? or people look the other way..

m8 you held those planets for so long and it seems to me that they weren`t able to get them on the battle field so they figure if they cant have em no one can and found some small detail misconstrued detail to crush you... its sad to see you go and ill miss playing with you take care


If you believe someone is cheating in any way shape or form, report them and I will look into it. Rest assured, there is not a single person playing gc who is safe should I find them cheating regardless of what fed affiliations they have. I could not possibly care less for your petty server faction squabbles.
