So i have a theoretical question here. Its about enslaving and freeing slaves.

Say Empire A has enslaved empire B,C and D. B,C and D are all in the same fed. One day empire B decides to leave his fed and two days later he enslaves his former fed mates C and D?

Is this a legal procedure for helping allied empires getting free of enslavement?

From this point forward, this conversation had very well better stay within the forum rules you are all very much aware of.

It has nothing to do with the management, more with how admin is coded :P

It obviously shouldn`t be legal. As with many other things that occur in this game. However, with the game in it`s current state of management. There are some things that you just gotta let slide. Good news is that at least you can pull this stunt if one of your friends/allies get enslaved.

Well the only way you can prove with absolute certainty that it was planned is if you have PMs saying as much, or screen shots of the MSN messages (which would mean someone would have to rat the other 2 out).

Barring those two "smoking guns", you`re dealing with circumstantial evidence.

The way I see it, as long as the battle isn`t planned, like a pt, except with slavery.

or if you say "yo, I`m gunna enslave you, then let you free or just make money off you so the enemy can`t, what`s your fleet?"

that`s no good.

Tell me, would it make a difference if it was 5 days or 14 instead of 2?

For that matter, here`s another theoretical question. Say Empire A and Empire B are both in the same fed. Empire A leaves fed a week before VM time of Empire B expires. Empire A then attacks Empire B when he exits dp and wins a nice c3 cluster. Is this PT?

MOST important rule, make sure NO info is discussed between any involved party.

IF that is obeyed then....

former fed mates are legal targets..even if they are still allied..just make sure the drop from fed then attacking fed member rule is followed

ok; what about this one:

V is former fed-mate of G and B, yet it`s publicly known they`re still allied.
V dops down and wants to attack D for borders
in meanwhile; G comes out of DP to climb.
D get`s hit into DP by someone else.
V attacks G instead, who was in range by then.

no single fleet info was exchanged, fleet alignments were -if i may say- terribad.

is this considered PT? :)

As long as no fleet info was exchanged and B was acting independently (he wasn`t telling people what he was about to do) ....I see no problem with this.
