I haven`t logged on for a couple of days now, but it appears that i was attacked three times in quick succession last night, i had no fleet protecting so all the attacks were losses for me, but surely the first attack should have put me back in dp??

If you were under someones protection.....you could have been attacked three times and not lost adequate quantity to come under DP. Perhaps the losses did not accumulate ample points to come under DP.

yea check the dates, probably you will see you were attacked 3 days in a row.

Could you have seen the dates wrong ? Since you haven`t logged in for a couple of days, could it have been 3 attacks on three different days at about the same timing since DP is 24 hours each time?

Or maybe paste the logs here so everyone can get a clearer picture ? =)

yes it should have if you didnt have any fleet
