I want to know if there is/was a singular Empire that is/was feared for their ability to inflict insufferable damage to opposing empires in times of Fed Wars or UW Attempts??

I suspect that it was an A. Miner (digging attributes) or a Guardian ???

Gilead used to be (and still is) pretty scary when it comes to artis.
