I wonder what would happen if it really happened and long time players and vets just rage quitted cuz of it. You think it would really be the cure for spacecrack? I know players have threated to quit if it ever happened. I say we call their bluff. :P

This may be a bias opinion as I have probably willingly restarted more times than anyone, but I say let`s make it reality! That will get the ball rolling.. off a cliff into dead online-games. =)

Equal playing ground indeed. Even with a restart look what can happen in less than a hundred days of age, timeless empires having trouble finding their way through the DrK.

Its weakness to fear loss and greed that holds one to it. The sword bears the strenth of its wielder not the other way around.

i vote force restart after i do a uw, which will probably never happen on rt.

The only way I`d support a RT restart is if I`ve already got one foot out the door , and the other soon to follow.


Which means , as of right now, never.

i think if there was a forced restart, stephen would owe a lot of people their money back.

but from my point of view, it would be funny. it would be like a longer termdeath match server :)

As a newb, you should welcome a forced restart because that would mean everyone is back on par with you, whereas before you got all these age old empires sitting there always hoarding the empire you will probably never be able to exceed in your entire game lifetime. :P

I can tell you right now, officially, there is no ideas going around about a ` forced restart ` among the staff dinner tables.
