ya iv playd the game before a year or so ago but i cant seam to find the tax screan :(

I don`t believe you can. Different races have different tax modifiers, but that is the closest thing you will get to what you are asking about.

no i mean how do i ajust them i dont c the taxes tab

Click on " Income " which is next to "Private Messages"

Then the first row on the income table is Taxes
