New income stream idea?

Admins have the ability to change race income modifiers, right?

Actually requires stephen but i`d like to see where this goes if needed i "can" get stephen to change race mods lol

Well, in this case why don`t we look into making tax a viable income source for collective?

What I mean by this - is give collectives something like a 0% modifier for tax. Currently, the modifier is set at -50%, which means that food has to be around 2 in order for tax to be break even in profit. At 0%, I haven`t done the calculations, but collectives should be able to make some decent money from taxing.

What are the implications for this? Well collectives can only grow food on individually assimilated planets. If they capture a large cluster C1/C2/C3, they can`t grow food on it. If this suggestion goes through, then perhaps collectives can use these captured clusters to tax their population, while growing their own food so they could be market independent (to an extent) with a high base PR.

This might add a very unique element to the game, and perhaps bring collective (which is a pretty uncommon race to be played) some unique challenges and opportunities for veteran players.

TL;DR version - He`ll do it just to do it, not to win.

@BrokenC0nd0m o trust me he has wiped himself enof times spamming G.sapphire 2 kno not to do it on me XD that ship aint worth 2 again collectives neva has any effect on me.. in fact i encourage u 2 keep trying lol just gives me retals

Why in hell would you spam lyth @ galleon spam? ^^ lol just spam G.sapphire its a collective killer.. they cant capture it either lol.... i do it all the time on TB server

@ ShadowKing - I`ll Lyth spam you & lose everyday of the week... dont matter to me. Just know you wont get past 50 million power often if it was left to me.

FFOD gets my vote. he`s often at high pr, wins lots of battles, and he actually has some skill (he can stack, unlike SK. all SK does is spam galleons and sloops).

Always an excuse with you SK..... can`t you just own up to a loss. You know we all lose, even the best of us, it`s okay, really. I`m not going to make fun of you for losing a battle. I still think you`re just dandy.
