i cannot choose a Race

I have been playing this game for 3-4 odd years and I still cannot choice a race to stay with , I have been almost every race 2-5 times and I still cannot find one that I like because either the food usually makes me restart ( when big food making empire take a vacation ) or they do not make enough money and take time to establish (guardian ) or they can`t explore (mara and collective) and because half their ships suck (miner) and half are decent ish and I do terran but the income kinda sucks so I have come to a stalemate on which race to stay with and I feel like quitting for good if I don`t decide (even though I got 200 more days of paid ) its just a hard decision for me

Yeah go CG Miner, it`s good fun.. it is slow going at first but if you get enough land your sorted.

It`s difficult maintaining a high PR with it though but you can easily make the money back, plus you barely need to spend much except for RM and food now and then..

rag, that works better for mineral miners.

Technically the best income stream in the game would be a miner with full research in mining, but captures say 5-6 C3s with massive land that come with full research in housing. *drools*

The one good thing about CG terran is that if they manage to capture huge pop clusters and loyalty them back up, they can become instant tax miners without doing the research

A CG producer is like a good citizen, not making as much money as they could with other incomes.. but good for the server and to be respected

Taxers can always just drop pr , its a pain but not a big deal

if you go CG, you might as well hoard planets as well and make mins.

Tax miner makes WAY more money per land.

1-3 CG producers... only 1 food time CG producer that i know... alot of CG producers are pure CG, they have other income types.

CG producer is hard, but bonus is low base power, low planet count if you want too

Well... Tax Guards and Commercial Terrans and virals are considered the n00b races since they are independent of the market and can explore.

Just make one of these and you will never have to worry about finding borders or fluctuations in the market.

I agree. Try to uw a few times and settle at miner.

A miner is the best race @ GC atm.

At least for TB.

I got tired non-explorable races, planet hording, money being to hard or to easy. Now im a tax A.miner & live an easy life with the challenge of trying to make more money all the time & one day reach max infra. Plus A.miner ships aint bad at all.

Miner ships don`t suck. I`ve been a tax miner and never going back (unless i UW to tax terran and back again). Lyth is the best offensive ship, Lictor rocks for defense if you know when to use it.

I do agree that it`s best to UW as another race (or 3) and then go tax miner. If terran, you take the herc. If collective either brig or galleon would make awesome additions. Pyth and Tax Miner/Terran is quite deadly if you`re lucky enough to pull off a maru UW.

It sounds like your decision is based on how good or how bad ships and income are per race. Here`s a list of questions for you to answer and based on those we can help you make your decision.

What pr range do you prefere?
Spam or stack?
Fight or defend?
Fighter or resource holder?
Arti casual or arti heavy empire?

Yea I might do viral again but only very few big empire food producers out there taking naps and letting food prcies climb to a not-smart amount
