@ deamon666 - it would touch his throat and then he would have had gold in his stomach, which wouldnt be fun

@ brotherhood - a full suit of armor would have prevented him from turning things into gold accidentally. i think he hugged his daughter at one point, and she turned to gold. correct me if im wrong, i havent read the story in a while.

btw, i also love greek mythology =D

well concidering the "touch" referred to any part of his body touching anything dont think guantlets would have helped much...if you member he could not even eat or drink cause everything that touched his lips also turned to gold....:) Love Greek mythology btw :)
