Bounties sound cool, adds a new variable to the game, also new players would be more inclined to strengthen their empire and hit people, downsides u`ll see a lot more 1 planet empires running around hitting people like crazy

Yeah I`m afraid that if people could buy counters..... they would do something like build up to max pr and just buy counters all day long..... could be devastating to the game.

Maybe it would be to unbalanced to buy a counter on someone, but maybe make it so you can pay to have your counter deleted, so there is not as many cheap counter attacks. This would be a huge hit for the planet hoarders. But sadly this idea promotes spamming.

have perameters for any of those that you can offer no lower the XXX for XXX type of bounty

Bounty Board
You can place a bounty on any empire (In credits) and you can set parameters.

Example would be I place 20billion bounty on Flashy with the parameters that someone must achieve 10 wins against him to claim. Parameters might be anything to # of wins against an empire, # of planets/colonies captured from empire, etc
