if you start an UW, your BTC`s are set to 2, no matter how many you have.
if you don`t have any, great.. you win 2 BTC.
if you got 100, sux, because you`ll lose 98 :s

that makes a failed uw almost worth it but not realy
you get 2 BTCs for starting a UW... but dont do it if have any already...
