OK, so what happened here?

One planet? This was the second of two attacks. Slaver sent reinforcements on my first strike.

Attack restrictions for hitting empires in the top 5 include being able to hit from 200% of that players PR. If say the empire you wanted to hit was 10 mil PR, then 200 % of 10 million is 20 million by my math, so where am I going wrong?

Can I attack someone I have already enslaved (just to hit them, keep their pr down), and can my enslaved empires attack me?

Thank you, but I still don`t get the top 5 attack restriction. To me, 100% of 10 million is 10 million. So why have -199.99%?

Okay, you did good enough damage then on the first strike to either win a planet or not, but not dp him or her, that is why you only got one on the 2nd strike.

If they are in the top 5 rank, you can hit at -199.99% .... just make sure they are in the top 5 ....

No you cant attack those already enslaved, and no they can not attack you if they are enslaved by you.
