To receive minerals all you need is a colony with that mineral type. The formula for calculating mineral generation is shown below.
Colony Size (No of planets in Colony) + ( Colony Size x Mining Research Lvl / 10 x Planet mining level / 100 x Racial Modifier)

when u used the turn, the turn will rexh itself.. the turn will rexh at rate of 1 turn per 8 sec.. but the max turn it will store is 30.. so once it reach 30, it will stop till u start using turn..

Max turns on RT is 30 turns. You get 1 turn per 8 seconds. So after you use some turns it will take 8 seconds to give you +1 T.
