At first I was rather against it because of UWs becoming impossible. Ive always liked lowering max pr to compress the ranks a bit. Although that would seem to make building a UW rather difficult as youd have to start at 100mill.

I suggested a similar offer years back. Didn`t go over very well- but I still think it is a good idea. If at least for a try.
