The best fed in the game

If you are not in a fed, or have a paid account and are not in a fed please send your information by PM to Morrowind on the fast server.
I`am planning to make a new fed called the etheral council although i don`t have a paid account. I need some one who has a paid account and would be willing to make a fed with me. I plan to organise the fed to be controled and at the top of the charts, i must have people to join who will respect my and the leaders wishes! If you are interested please try
