what happens after you finish reserching the kalzul overmind project?I researched both parts and nothing happened. I researched it all yesterday.

On the left sidebar, under "Economy", click the link "Projects". Here you can spend turns and invest cash in the Hektar, after which you can do the same for the Loktar. Of course, once you finish building the Loktar, you will be setting off a UW, and that`s a fairly bad idea unless you know what you`re doing... attack restrictions are lifted on you (anybody at any PR, even those in NP, can attack you), your DP time is 60 minutes... lots of bad stuff, heh.
