DM UW Thank You Thread

Title says it all. Thanks to everybody that made this UW possible, mainly the tax empires that eat my food therefore making me rich :P

So, here are the people that my special thanks go:

EvilLoof - for being the awesome leader of MK for god knows how long. Since I joined this game. Thanks for wiping founders when nobody else was reachable and thanks for sending me that text message in order to get me a few more minutes sleep haha.
Infernal - for being a big fat taxer :P
Trav and Ishamael - for taking the borders off everybody below 1 mil PR.
For everybody in MK for being a cool person and especially those that spent hours watching the ranks for me.

And now, special thanks to the opposition:
FOUNDERS - for having a go at my galleon. Biggest blow to the gals for sure.
GroatKing - took out about 20 mil Pyth. Biggest hit during the UW.
Starseeker and Tikimania - did resonable hits as well.

All in all there weren`t that many hits during the UW, probably less than 15, but there were some heavy hitters resulting in like 50 mil PR loss, which is quite a lot for slow.

So... Thanks, and maybe see you again another time for UW.

Next stop - terran. And I don`t know if I will be active again.

@ Minerals problem - who do you think was the mineral miner of the server with 20 bil during my UW :P

Sad i had to blow up 9 mil of each mineral almost.

@ Spyder, I started at 184 mil pr, by the time i got off work and slept through some, i checked to notice i was near 94 mil pr ... so i lost around 50% of my pr by the 28th hour. Which kind of scared me for slow.

my UW clearly had some resistence mainly from two players dishing out a ton of artifacts and cash. I just built very high to consider that factor. I am glad I was correct to make other future UW`s less stressful like DM`s, even though he did get some hits that could have gone worse.

I was switching the fleet after every hit I saw. Also, I didn`t have more foddders and kings in my fleet due to the extremely low level of fez production on the server, so I believe you ran out easily...

well spyder during Omegs uw there was a lot more hits, and tons of dmg done... Usually the resistance on slow try to give us a good run for our money, so yea im a bit surprised about the extremely small resistance this time.

Congrats DM. Well done. Thanks for the shoutout. One question tho. What happened to the D.Angels? 14 of um went missing. I figured you dismantled them. A very smart play!! You saved them all by doing so. Would have been a 40 Mil hit.
I could have gotten all of the Pyth and the Angels, but I ran out of strafez. A 46 mil hit.

Is there really surprise of little resistance on Slow? I`d have loved to attack for the fun of it, but I was low on turns and too new to have BTCs or any real chance. Most of the top players are M/K. That`s not a complaint either, I dont care about that. But it cant surprise anyone that there were few attacks. Congrats to those who tried, and to DM.

Founders, you wouldn`t have killed any angels because I was at work and I saw the pop up window while I was browsing for some programming info, so I had 27 mil pyth against 13 mil of your herc top. I doubt you could have hurt me a lot on any stance.

i did what i could, if it wasnt for loof i would have got a 2nd hit in and took out over half your angels too once my food and minerals sold.
so congrats to you and defenders.
wish there had been more attackers than there was. would have been more interesting.
